摘要
首先介绍了一种制备连续纤维增强复合材料的装置。不同于模压成型、挤出成型、层压成型等传统成型工艺,本装置采用挤出-滚压预混方式,可实现所制备共混体的纤维长度和取向不受较大的破坏。挤出-滚压预混装置含有两条传送带,这两条传送带之间的距离与夹角可以调整,通过对物料进行挤压和加捻滚搓,来实现挤出基体与不同规格纤维束的共混,从而制备不同纤维含量和捻度的连续纤维增强聚合物预混体,所得到的预混体可通过压制等二次加工工艺成型不同形状需求的制品,提高了产品的可设计性。
A device for preparing continuous fiber reinforced composites was introduced in this paper.Different from traditional molding processes such as molding,extrusion and lamination,the extruding-rolling pre-mixing method was applied in this device,which could realize that the fiber length and orientation of the blends were not destroyed greatly.The extrusion-rolling pre-mixing device were consisted of two traction conveyor belts with adjustable clearance and horizontal angle.By extrusion and twisting rolling,the extruded matrix could be blended with different fiber bundles to prepare continuous fiber reinforced polymer premixes with different fiber content and twist.The prepared premixes could be used to form products with different shape requirements by secondary processing such as pressing,therefore the product designability could be improved.
