摘要
在采用乳液接枝-本体SAN掺混法工艺生产ABS时,需要采用凝聚的方法将接枝聚合物从乳液中分离,获得G-ABS高胶粉。在以硫酸作为凝聚剂生产G-ABS高胶粉时,残留在高胶粉中的硫酸会对ABS的白度和储存应用过程中的色度稳定性造成不利的影响。通过对比不同方法下残留酸性凝聚物的去除效果,发现通过优化凝聚过程、改变升温和碱液加入的方式,能够使凝聚颗粒中的凝聚剂残留最少化。
In the production of ABS by emulsion grafting-bulk SAN blending process,it was necessary to separate the graft polymer from the emulsion by coacervation method to obtain G-ABS high glue powder. When using sulfuric acid as coagulant to produce G-ABS high glue powder,the sulfuric acid remaining in the high rubber powder adversely affected the whiteness of ABS and the chroma stability during storage application process.By comparing the removal effects of different methods to remove residual acidic coagulant,it was found that by optimizing the coagulation process,changing the temperature rise and manner of adding the lye,the coagulant residue in the agglomerated particles could be minimized.
