摘要
地中海贫血(简称地贫)病情严重的患者需要通过规律输血来维持生命,根据对输血的依赖程度,将地贫分为输血依赖型地贫(transfusion-de-pendent thalassemias,TDT)[1]和非输血依赖型地贫(non-transfusion-dependent thalassemias,NT.DT)[2]。地贫的治疗包括:(1)常规治疗,即规律输血和充分除铁。
