摘要
大肠癌筛查能够有效降低大肠癌的发病率和死亡率。近年来,大肠癌筛查方法不断改进和创新。笔者结合中国国情对大肠癌筛查中的粪便隐血试验进行讨论。阐述了粪便隐血试验在大肠癌筛查中的作用,以及中国采用粪便隐血试验进行大肠癌筛查的必要性和重要性。为了让人们更好地了解并接受此项检查,进一步提高我国大肠癌筛查的水平,达到对大肠癌早发现、早治疗的目的,从而提高大肠癌的治愈率和生存率,降低发病率和死亡率。
Colorectal cancer screening can effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer.In recent years,colorectal cancer screening methods have been continuously improved and innovated.Based on the National conditions of our country,the author discusses the test of hidden blood in excrement in the screening of colorectal cancer in our country.The role of fecal occultation blood test in colorectal cancer screening and the necessity and importance of using fecal occultation blood test for colorectal cancer screening in China were described.Its purpose is to enable people to better understand and accept this examination,in the true sense of improving the level of colorectal cancer screening in China,to achieve the purpose of early detection and early treatment of colorectal cancer.Thus,the cure rate and survival rate of colorectal cancer were improved,and the morbidity,recurrence rate and mortality rate were reduced.
