人体成分分析仪评估干体重对138例维持性血液透析患者血压的影响 被引量:10

摘要 慢性肾脏疾病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患病率逐年升高,已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。当进展至终末期肾病(end stage renal disease,ESRD)时,往往需要血液透析治疗来维持生命。维持性血液透析患者的干体重是指患者处于水负荷平衡状态时的体重。外周水肿是最常用的判断干体重的指标,然而这个指标敏感性差,因为只有组织间隙液体增加大于正常值的30%,即增加4~5 L时,临床才能观察到。本研究测定维持性血液透析患者的细胞外液含量,进而评估并调整干体重,观察调整干体重前后高血压患者血压的变化情况。
