摘要
利用有限元分析方法,对直槽道和圆形局部加密微针肋结构在相同入口压力下,均匀与非均匀热源的传热性能进行了比较。模拟结果表明:对于低雷诺数流动,在所取压力工况下,直槽道传热效率均弱于微柱群柱状热沉;对于均布热源,顺排微柱热沉的传热性能较好;对于集中热源,热源附近进行局部加密的顺排微柱群传热性能较好。
The finite element analysis is used to compare the heat transfer capacity of different heat sink design schemes under different pressure conditions. The simulation results show that for the design chosen in this paper, the heat transfer capacity of the Horizontal misaligned cylindrical formation structure is higher than the Aligned cylindrical formation structure. In the vicinity of the concentrated heat source, the heat transfer efficiency of theband-like encryption structure is higher than that of the local encryption structure. Under the conditions of general working pressure, for a uniform heat source, heat transfer efficiency of the straight groove design is higher than that of the cylindrical array design. While for the concentrated heat source, the heat transfer efficiency of the straight groove design is lower than that of the locally encrypted columnar heat sink design. However, as the inlet pressure increases, the increase in the heat transfer capacity of the straight groove design is greater than that of the columnar structure.
