摘要 建筑信息模型技术作为一种当前比较流行的技术手段,它不仅操作方便简单、运行效率高,还具有较强的创新能力,受到许多专家学者与大型企业的关注和重视。因此,合理利用BIM技术可以很好的帮助我国实现绿色健康可持续发展的目标,对我国的整体的建筑规划都具有重大的战略意义。但运用该技术在具体实践的过程中,在管理、设计等方面都遇到一些问题和困难。随着现代科学技术的快速发展,BIM技术也有了很大的提高,给现代建筑领域的设计与管理带来了更多的解决方法和手段。本文主要分析了该技术在建筑设计行业的应用和发展,致力于更好的为现代人提供优质高效的服务。 Building information model technology as a popular technology means,it is not only easy to operate,simple operation efficiency,but also has strong innovation ability,by many experts and scholars and large enterprises attention and attention. Therefore,the rational use of BIM technology can help our country achieve the goal of green,healthy and sustainable development,and has great strategic significance for the overall architectural planning of our country. However,when using this technology in the process of concrete practice,some problems and difficulties are encountered in management and design. With the rapid development of modern science and technology,BIM technology has also been greatly improved,which brings more solutions and means to the design and management of modern architectural field. This paper mainly analyzes the application and development of this technology in the architectural design industry,and is committed to providing better quality and efficient service for modern people.
