摘要
目的探讨康复训练联合针灸改善脑瘫患儿运动功能障碍的临床效果。方法 90例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组各45例,对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组采用康复训练联合针灸治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效以及治疗前后的WeeFIM评分、 GMFM评分和ADL评分。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的WeeFIM评分、 GMFM评分和ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论康复训练联合针灸治疗能有效改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能障碍。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture in improving the motor dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 90cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,and the WeeFIM scores,GMFM scores and ADL scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of observation group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment,the WeeFIM score,GMFM score and ADL score of observation group were higher than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the motor dysfunction of children with cerebral palsy.
