摘要
目的 :分析同伴支持对肝移植患者术后心理及生活质量的影响。方法 :选择某医院肝胆外科住院进行肝移植手术的患者77例,根据病历号按随机数字法随机分为对照组38例和观察组39例。对照组实施常规护理教育,观察组在常规护理教育基础上实施同伴支持干预3个月,比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁和生活质量情况。结果 :观察组肝移植患者焦虑、抑郁和生活质量得分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肝移植患者焦虑、抑郁和生活质量得分较干预前改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :同伴支持干预可以有效改善肝移植患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the effects of peer support on mentality and quality of life among liver transplant recipients. Methods: A total of 77 liver transplant recipients were chosen from May 2015 to August 2017, and randomly assigned into the control group of 38 liver transplant recipients with the usual care and the intervention group of 39 liver transplant recipients with the peer support intervention. The depression, anxiety and quality of life of liver transplant recipients were measured after 3 months. Results: The level of depression, anxiety and quality of life in intervention group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0.05). The depression , anxiety and quality of life among intervention group were significantly improved after the intervention (P<0.05). Conclusions: The peer support intervention can effectively improve the depression, anxiety and quality of life among liver transplant recipients.
