摘要
为研究预制桥道板安装缺陷对钢桁-混凝土组合连续刚构桥结构应力分布的影响,采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了实体有限元模型,分析预制桥道板预留槽孔、预制桥道板与钢桁间安装偏差缺陷对结构应力分布的影响。结果表明:槽孔缺陷导致桥道板预压应力损失,引起墩顶负弯矩区段预制桥道板开裂;槽孔缺陷深度越小,应力集中越明显,深度越大,桥道板整体预压应力损失越多;预制桥道板与钢桁梁间的安装偏差缺陷会引起钢桁杆件的应力增加,相比墩顶区段,跨中区段偏差缺陷对钢桁杆件应力增量影响更显著,因此采用对拉螺栓控制跨中区段的安装偏差缺陷是必要的。
In order to investigate the influence of prefabricated bridge plate installation defects on the stress distribution of steel truss-concrete composite rigid frame bridge,the finite element model ABAQUS was used to establish the finite element model,and the influence of the pre-fabricated bridge plate reserved slot,prefabricated bridge plate and steel truss installation deviation on the structural stress distribution was analyzed.The results showed that the pre-stress loss of the bridge plate would lead to the loss of the preload stress of the bridge plate,which also lead to the cracking of the prefabricated bridge plate in the negative bending moment of the pier.The smaller the depth of the slot defect,the more obvious the stress eoncentration,.while the compressive stress loss increased with the increase of the depth of the slot defect.The installation error between the prefabricated bridge plate and the steel truss beam would cause the increasing stress of the steel truss bar.Compared with the pier section,the deviation of the mid-span section had a more significant effect on the stress increment of the steel truss.Therefore,it is necessary to use the pull-bolt to control the installation deviation of the mid-span section.
