气相色谱法检测水产配合饲料中的合成抗氧化剂 被引量:6

摘要 建立了同时检测水产配合饲料中五种合成抗氧化剂的气相色谱方法。样品采用乙醇提取,经毛细管相色谱柱(ZB-5,30m×0.32mm×0.25um)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定,外标法定量,并采用气质确证。方法学研究结果表明,目标化合物BHA、BHT、TBHQ、EQ、Ionox-100在2-40 ug/mL浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,相关系数为r≥0.99,方法定量限均低于5mg/kg;回收率为86.5~97.5%,相对标准偏差为2.26~4.85%。该方法前处理简单,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可以用于水产配合饲料五种合成抗氧化剂的测定。 A method for simultaneous determination of five kinds Synthetic Antioxidant in Aquatie Formula Feed by gas chromatograph was developed.the samples were extracted by anhydrous ethanol,separated with ZB-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)and detected by flame ionization detector,Then quantified by external standard method.the results were confirmed by GC-MS,The method showed that the aim compounds BHA、BHT、TBHQ、EQ、Ionox-100 in the range of 2ug/ml^40.00ug/ml there are a good linear correlation(R≥0.99),Quantification Limits were less then 5mg/kg.The recoveries of standard addition were 86.5%~97.5%and the RSD were in the ranges of 2.26%~4.85%.This test provided with accurate,sensitive,and reliable analysis method for five kinds Synthetic Antioxidant in Aquatie Formula Feed.
