摘要
建立铬酸钡间接火焰原子吸收光谱法测定绿化树种叶片中含硫量。测得的结果相对标准偏差均值<4%,加标回收率在92.2%~104%。证明了该方法准确度高、精密度高、稳定性和重现性好、操作简单,是检测绿化树种叶片中硫含量可靠方法,能够为监测城市大气二氧化硫的污染程度提供有利数据支持。通过对不同功能区不同绿化树木叶片含硫量的分析研究,有利于科学的选择抗污、吸污绿化树种,净化城市空气,减少城市大气二氧化硫的无染,提升城市空气质量,保障人类生命健康。
A method was established to indirect determination of sulfur content in the leaves of green tree species by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with barium chromate. The relative standard deviations of determination result were less than 4%,the recoveries of standard addtion were 92.2%~104%. It′s proved that this was a reliable way to detect the sulfur content in the leaves of greening tree species with high accuracy,precision,stability,reproducibility and easy operation. It was also able to provide useful data support for monitoring the sulfur dioxide degree in urban atmosphere. By analyzing the sulfur content in the leaves of different trees planted in various functional areas,the way was helpful to select the tress species with high pollution absorbing and resisting capabilities in a scientific way,thus further to make urban air clean,re- duce sulfur dioxide,improve air quality and guarantee human life and health.
