摘要
工业遗产因具有触媒化特质,其改造及再利用方式对所在片区及城市的可持续发展都会产生重要影响。从城市触媒的视角,以永城市旧水泥厂的改造为例,通过分析触媒化潜力、选择触媒要素、完善及塑造触媒、控制及引导触媒等方面对改造策略进行研究,并从“项目一片区一城市”多层次综合分析改造项目的触媒连锁反应,为工业遗产改造再利用提供新的视角。
Due to the possession of catalytic characteristics,the transformation and reuse of industrial heritage would greatly influence the sustainable development of the related location as well as the city.By taking the industrial heritage of Yongcheng cement factory as an example,the transformation strategy was probed by analyzing the catalyst potential, determining the original catalyst elements,improving and shaping the catalyst,controlling and guiding the catalyst,etc. The urban catalyst chain reaction of the transformation project was comprehensively analyzed based on the multilevel of "project-district-city",which could reveal a new perspective for the transformation and reuse of industrial heritage.
