摘要
目的探讨宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查在妇科宫颈病变中的意义。方法本次研究针对2016年5月至2018年8月收集的疑似宫颈病变的200例患者进行研究。对样本分别进行阴道镜以及液基薄层细胞学检查,记录结果,然后统计宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查结果。以病理检查作为金标准评价宫颈液基细胞学联合阴道镜检查的阳性率。结果统计CIN1级、CIN2级、CIN3以及宫颈癌等诊断结果发现,CIN1～3级60例,宫颈癌2例,共发现病例数62例,液基薄层细胞学检查与阴道镜联合检查阳性率85.71%明显高于阴道镜检查阳性率70.97%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.281,P=0.003)。结论宫颈癌诊断中运用阴道镜检查联合液基薄层细胞学检查可获得较高确诊率,有利于发现早期宫颈癌病变,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To investigate the significance of cervical liquid-based cytology combined with colposcopy in gynecological cervical lesions.Methods 200 cases of suspected cervical lesions collected in May 2016 to August 2018 month were studied.The samples were examined by colposcopy and liquid-based thin-layer cytology respectively,and the results were recorded.Then the results of cervical fluid-based cytology combined with colposcopy were statistically analyzed.The positive rate of cervical liquid based cytology combined with colposcopy was evaluated by pathological examination as the gold standard.Results The diagnosis results of CIN1,CIN2,CIN3 and cervical cancer found that CIN1~3 is 60 cases,2 cases of cervical cancer,62 cases were found,the positive rate of liquid-based thin layer cytology and colposcopy 85.71% was significantly higher than the positive rate of colposcopy by 70.97%,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=5.281,P=0.003).Conclusion The use of colposcopy combined withliquid-based thin-layer cytology in the diagnosis of cervical cancer can obtain a higher diagnosis rate,which is conducive to the discovery of early cervical cancer lesions.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
