摘要
探讨梅尼埃病急性发作期的病机,寻找更加优化的治法与方药。通过中西医学的对比研究,运用取类比象的古代哲学思维方法,采取从不同的中医辨证方法入手分析梅尼埃病急性发作期的病机。从脏腑、经络、六经辨证方法分析得出,三焦是人体气-水-火-痰-湿-热的通路,类同于现代医学所讲的膜迷路;柴芩温胆汤具有宣通三焦,畅达少阳之效。三焦郁阻为梅尼埃病急性发作期的主要病机,柴芩温胆汤可作为梅尼埃病急性发作期的主方。
To discuss the pathogenesis of acute exacerbation of Meniere's disease and search for more optimized therapies and prescriptions.Through the comparative study of Chinese and western medicine,the ancient philosophical thinking method of methodology of analogy and different syndrome differentiation methods were used to analysis the pathogenesis of acute exacerbation of Meniere's disease.Through the syndrome differentiation methods of zang-fu viscera,channel theory and six channels theory,we know that sanjiao is the pathway of qi-water-fire-phlegm-dampness-heat,which is similar to what modern medicine tells us about membranous labyrinth.Chaiqin Wendan Decoction has the function of adjusting sanjiao and Shaoyang. Sanjiao-stagnation is the main pathogenesis of acute exacerbation of Meniere's disease.Chaiqin Wendan Decoction could be the main prescription to treat acute exacerbation of Meniere's disease.
