单导轨架多笼循环运行电梯综合监控系统设计研究

摘要 超高层建筑施工过程中,单导轨架多笼循环运行施工电梯(以下简称"循环电梯")在单个导轨架上布置多部电梯梯笼,极大地提高了超高层建筑施工电梯的垂直运输能力,但涉及梯笼追赶碰撞问题,一个安全可靠的综合监控系统十分重要。针对应用于武汉绿地中心超高层项目、具备8部梯笼的循环电梯的综合监控系统进行技术研究,主要涉及对8部移动中的梯笼和5个固定位置的旋转节进行实时监测和控制,保证梯笼与梯笼间、梯笼与旋转节间具备应有的安全距离,实现循环电梯的安全高效运行。通过在武汉绿地中心项目上的具体应用,证明该系统具备结构简单明了、配置增减灵活、施工作业方便、系统稳定可靠、梯笼安全间距控制合理等优点。 In the construction process of super high-rise building,the circulation operation elevator with single-guide rail and multi-cage (hereinafter referred to as circular elevator)have inherent advantages.As multiple elevator cages can be arranged on a single-guide rail,the transportation capacity of the elevator rail has been greatly improved.Operating multiple elevator cages simultaneously on a single-rail,it is very important to have a safe and reliable comprehensive monitoring system.The comprehensive monitoring system of the circulation elevator with 8 cages of the Wuhan Greenland Center project is focused on.It mainly involves the real-time monitoring and control of 8 moving cages and 5 revolving system.Ensure proper safety distance,between cage-to-cage,cage-to-rotating system.Maintain the safety and efficiency of circoulation elevator operation.The application in Wuhan Greenland Center project proves that the system has the advantages of simple structure,flexible configuration,convenient construction,.reasonable safety spacing control of cages and revolving system.
