摘要
为研究从山东省某肉鸭屠宰场分离到的一株伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药性和对小鼠的致病性,从而了解其对食品安全和人类健康的危害,使用纸片扩散法测定该分离株的药敏性;设计22对耐药基因和I类整合子保守区的引物,对其耐药基因和I类整合子进行检测和分析;利用Balb/c小鼠,腹腔注射该分离株菌液,研究其对小鼠的致病性。结果显示:该伤寒沙门氏菌分离株对9大类20种抗菌药中的16种都产生了较强的耐药性,PCR扩增测序结果与抗生素敏感性表型一致;该菌可引起试验小鼠剧烈腹泻,直至死亡。结果表明,该分离株耐药严重,且对小鼠具有很强的致病性,存在影响食品安全和人类健康的潜在威胁。
In order to explore the drug resistance of one strain of Salmonella typhi isolated from a meat duck slaughterhouse in Shandong Province and its pathogenicity to mice, so as to recognize the damage of Salmonella to food safety and human health. Using the disk diffusion method, the drug susceptibility of the isolate was determined. Then 22 primers for the resistance genes and the conserved region of the class I integron were designed and synthesized, and the resistance genes and class I integron were detected and analyzed. At last, Balb/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with the bacteria solution of Salmonella, and its pathogenicity to mice was studied. Results showed that, the strain of Salmonella typhi showed strong resistance to 16 of 20 kinds of antibacterial drugs (9 major classes) ; the results of PCR amplification and sequencing were consistent with the sensitivity phenotype of antibiotics; the Salmonella typhi could cause severe diarrhea of mice until they died. As a conclusion, the drug resistance of the isolated Salmonella typhi was severe, it had strong pathogencity to mice. Therefore, potential threats to the food safety and human health existed.
