混凝土预制基础在ZJ45J型钻机中的应用试验

摘要 针对目前 ZJ45 J型钻机使用的毛石灌浆基础施工难度大、材料运输工作量大、劳动强度大 ,且一次性使用成本高等问题 ,对部分地区进行了地基静力触探 ,分析确定了地基承载能力 ,并根据钻机设备的底部结构 ,进行了ZJ45 J型钻机的基础设计、中间试验和理论计算。通过对现场试验井的测试分析 ,确定了 ZJ45 At present, rubble grouting method, which is applied to model ZJ45J drilling rig, is confronted with a lot of troubles, such as operational difficulties, heavy workload of materials transportation, considerable laboring strength, and enormous one off cost, etc. The designing of model ZJ45J drilling rig, intermediate tests and theoretic calculations have been done based on a series of study, such as test of static pressure of ground base in part area, determination of load capacity of the ground base, and analysis of the substructure of the drilling rig. The technical conditions of model ZJ45J drilling rig using concrete prefab foundation are obtained by analysis of its applications in test wells.
