摘要
为满足中深井 ,特别是高地层压力深井钻井的需要 ,优选了 PHP- CFH- MMH复合钻井液体系。介绍了该钻井液体系的配方、室内试验、处理维护措施及在 35口中深井的应用情况。实践证明 ,该钻井液体系抗温性好、抑制性强、润滑性好 ,并且有良好的触变性、悬浮性、防塌性及携岩性等 ,而且维护简便 ,性能稳定 ,在防止粘卡 ,减少钻井事故 ,提高钻井速度 ,保护油气层等方面具有独特的作用。
PHP CFH MMH composite drilling fluid is optimized, especially for drilling in sub deep wells and high concentrated deep wells. Many aspects of this mud, such as formulation, lab test, maintenance and applications in 35 sub deep wells, are presented in this paper. Practices show this mud has distinct effects in reducing drilling emergency and protecting reservoir for its behaviors, such as better thixotropic property, suspension, better cuttings carrying capacity and facile maintenance.
