摘要
拟采用谐振法控制实验平台的平衡 ;当高精度实验平台倾斜时 ,和平台固定在一起的液体介电体位移敏感探头内的液面改变 ,从而电容器的电容量改变 ,输出的藕合电流也改变 ,当电路谐振时出现峰值电压 ,以此作为控制平台的控制指标 .以电机拖动的方法实现实验平台的控制 .该方法精度高 。
A displacement detector made of liquid diectric is fixed to an experimental platform in order to allow the platform to reach the required levelness rapidly. If the platform inclines, the liquid surface in the detector will change and, accordingly, the capacity of the capacitor will change. This can change the coupling current output and a peak value of voltage will appear in resonance circuit. This peak value of voltage can be used as the parameter in platform controlling. This is a new control method which possess as the advantages of high precision and convenience in using.
