摘要
建立了深井APR测试管柱的力学模型 ,采用接触间隙元理论方法对深井APR测试管柱进行了力学分析 ,给出了管柱各点 (包括螺纹 )应力和强度评定条件 ,为预测管柱的强度和安全评定提供了重要的理论依据 .该方法在 5 .5km的深井中得到应用 ,悬重误差为 3 .2 3 %
A static model of APR testing string in deep well is built. The model is solved by theory of gap element of finite element method. We give a calculation procedure for calculating contact force, friction and stress of every point( including whorl ) of testing string, which provides a theoretical basis for calculation of static strength and reliability evaluation of testing string, and offers a practical method for designing and forecasting the static strength of testing string. It has already been applied to 5 500 m wells, which confirms that the static model and method proposed in this paper is correct and valid enough to meet engineering requirements,and can be applied in engineering.
