针对基于网络的实时视频播放对实时性、延时控制、容错性和同步控制等方面的特殊要求 ,设计并实现了基于网络的视频解码系统 ;该视频解码系统是基于VC + + 6.0平台开发的 ,包括系统解码器、视频解码器和视频播放器三大部分 ,各个部分通过位流缓冲区进行通信 ;系统运行结果表明 ,该系统能够实现对来自网络的MPEG
According to the requirement of realtime,delaying control, tolerating error and synchronization control of real\|time video playback based on network, we have designed and developed Video Decoding System based on network. VC++6.0 is used to develop this vedio decoding system, and the system includes system decoder, video decoder and video playback, which communicates each other by bitstream buffer. After the system is implemented, its effect shows that it can play MPEG bitstream from network in realtime .
