建立了一种可在线检测化学镀层中元素的常规分析方法 ;该方法中采用分光光度计确定出元素的标准检量线 ,结合被测元素的吸光度推算出该元素的浓度 ;应用该方法测定了化学镀Ni-P镀层中Ni和P的质量分数 ;结果表明 :与能谱法相比 ,Ni ,P质量分数的相对误差分别不大于 3 .1%和 0 .6% ,且厚度越大的镀层误差越小 ;该方法可用于Ni
A conventional method for measurement of the elemental composition in chemical deposition Ni-P alloy was set up in this paper. With the standard line of the detected elements obtained by spectrophotometric apparatus, the concentration of the detected element was obtained. By this method, the mass fraction of Nickel and Phosphor in Ni-P alloy layer were measured. The results show that the absolute error for Nickel and phosphor is less than 3% and 1%, compared with the energy spectra (ES). It also shows that the thicker the Ni-P alloy, the less the absolute error. The results prove that the method can be used for measurement of the elemental composition of Ni-P alloy.
