摘要
目的 观察音乐电针治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法 分音乐电针组及多虑平组治疗焦虑症 ,并进行疗效比较。结果 音乐电针组总有效率为 71.90 % ,多虑平组为 65 .4 7% ,两组比较无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组患者治疗前后 SAS- CR焦虑量表平均总分有非常显著的差异 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,两组间亦无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 音乐电针治疗与抗焦虑药多虑平可相媲美 。
Purpose To observe the curative effect of music electroacupuncture on anxiety neurosis. Method A music electroacupuncture group and a doxepin group were established for the treatment of anxiety neurosis and the curative effects were compared.Results The total effective rate was 71.90% in the music electroacupuncture group and 65.47% in the doxepin group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). There was a very significant difference in an average score on an anxiety scale between before and after treatment in the two groups of patients ( P <0.001), and there was also no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion Music electroacupuncture is comparable with doxepin, an antianxietic, in the treatment of anxiety neurosis and especially suitable for the patients of whom antianxietic is not due to various causes.
