摘要
通过改变指标评价方法 ,给出了一种构造判断矩阵的方法 .与已有层次分析法相比较更实用、更有效 .
This paper proposes a new judgment matrix by changing the exaluation method of the index.Compared with the former AHP method,this one is more practical and effectual.finally,the example illustrates that method has good transitivity,consistency and the value of application.
