摘要 结合高效变频臭氧发生器的研制 ,就如何提高发生管的臭氧产量、浓度、产率等性能参数进行了分析 ,从逆变高压电源、介电体、冷却系统等方面探讨提高臭氧发生器稳定性的设计方法 .研究结果表明 ,采用某有机高分子材料为介电体的臭氧发生管技术性能良好 .当以空气为气源时 ,单管臭氧产量 36 .3g/h ,臭氧浓度 2 9.0 g/m3,臭氧产率 178.0g/(m2 ·h) ,电耗 17.5kW·h/kgO3. To meet the demand of more efficient and more stable ozone cell of ozone generator with higher yields,the main relevant factors are analyzed based on experiments and practice;and the principle and design of high efficiency ozone cell are studied in this paper.And the main functional parameters of ozone cell such as the ozone output,the ozone concentration and ratio production are discussed and compared with the power supply,the dielectric material and the cooling system.Particularly,some new macromolecular material is used as the dielectrics and the experiment results indicate that some important functional parameters of it are better than those of glass,which is used as conventional dielectrics.For one ozone cell,the ozone output,ozone concentration,ozone ratio production and energy consumption would be 36.3g/h,29.0g/m 3,178.0g/(m 2·h) and 17.5kW·h/kgO 3 respectively when air is used for the feed gas.
