摘要
依据高阶统计量和双谱分析的基本原理、算法及其在工程中的理解 ,针对碰摩转子系统在运行过程中所监测到的振动信号实验数据进行了双谱分析 ,并依据碰摩和油膜振荡等故障特征的理论分析对故障所呈现的双谱特征进行了合理的解释 。
According to basic statistics principles, high order statistic and bispectrum analysis, are applied to rubbing rotor system. And through the theoretical analysis of the fault characteristics of rubbing and oil film oscillation, the reasonable explanation of the bispectrum characteristics of the rotor fault is given. These provide the latest analytical method for future fault diagnosis of the rotor system.
