摘要
本文系统研究了复合胶凝材料的水化温升、水化温峰出现时间和水化热。分析讨论了复合胶凝材料中粉煤灰、矿粉掺量的变化对水化温升和温峰出现时间以及 7天内各龄期水化热的影响 ,结果表明 :复合胶凝材料的水化放热速度和早期水化热显著降低 ,且随掺合料增加降低幅度增大 ,但 7天水化热并不一定降低。在水化热研究的基础上 ,设计制作了 5 0 0× 5 0 0× 5 0 0mm半绝热状态的大体积混凝土模拟试样 ,测度分析了复合胶凝材料对大体积混凝土温度峰值与温峰出现时间的影响 。
This paper study the temperature rise of hydration, the time of reaching the maximum temperature and the heat of hydration with composite admixture. Test results show that the ratio of the heat of hydration decrease with increasing admixture content. But the 7d heat of hydration maybe not decrease. Three large 500×500×500mm plain concrete cubic were cast using composite admixture based on the study of the heat of hydration. The relationships of the differnt composite admixture and content with the maximum temerature, the time of reaching the maximum temperature, the temperature rise of concrete and the heat of hydration in massive concrete were analysed.
