COMPARISSON OF PERFORMANCE OF REFRIGERATORS WIT HDIFFERENT CYCLES

摘要 本文讨论了两种双蒸发器冰箱的节能效果,一种是将两个蒸发器串联,另一种是将两个蒸发器各自构成独立的循环,两个独立循环可用电磁阀切换,或两循环采用各自的压缩机、冷凝器而构成彼此完全独立的循环。分析和试验表明,在研究的工况下,与单蒸发器冰箱相比,串联蒸发循环可节能20%,而电磁阀控制的交替蒸发循环比串联循环节能12.3%;彼此完全独立的双循环冰箱,与美国现行标准相比节能13.8%。 This paper kiscusses the energy saving effect of refrigerators with two evaporators.One kind of the refrigerators is that he two evaporators are constructed in series,another kind is that each evaporator cycle is independent with another one.The refrigerators with two independent evaporator cycles can be divided into two types.One is controlled by solenoid and another is that a compressor and a condenser are employed respectively in each cycle.Analyses and tests have demonstrated that the energy consumption of series evaporaor cycle can decreaseby 20% compared with the single evaporator cycle,and that the energy consumption of alternating evaporator cycle controlled by solenoid can reduce by 12.3%compared with the series cycle.And that the energy consumption of refrigerators with two compressors,two condensers and two evaporators can cecreaseby 13.8%compared with the current American standard.
