摘要
阐述了纳米碳管的结构,包括纳米碳管石墨层堆垛形式,帽状结构以及表征纳米碳管结构的直径和螺旋性,并对纳米碳管的三种主要合成方法及其合成原理、影响因素进行了简单的分析。
In this review the structures of carbon nanotubes.including the stacking form of graphene sheets,
caps,and the two parameters-diameter and helicity-which characterize the structure and nature of nanotubes,are illustrated.The three mam methods of synthesis of carbon nanotubes are described and some parameters affecting the growth of nanotubes are analyzed.
