摘要
运用 2D NMR技术,如 DQF 1H-1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC,TOCSY等,对 3个原人参 二醇型双糖链配糖体人参皂甙-Rd,三七皂甙-E和六叶胆皂甙XVII的氢和碳的化学位移首次 进行了全归属.
Three protopanaxadiol bisdesmosides were elucidated as ginsenoside-Rd, gypeno- side XVII, and notoginsenoside-E on the basis of MS and NMR data comparison with those in the references. The complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of these 3 compounds were obtained by means of 2D NMR spectra, such as DQF 1h-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC and TOCSY.
