摘要
采用激光多谱勒测速仪 (LaserDopplerAnemometer)测定一种生产磷铵的管式反应器中流点的velocity -arriv etime序列 ,通过对这一序列的分析 ,研究了管式反应器流向截面上表征流体湍动程度的均方根脉动速度和湍动度的分布情况 ,实验表明均方根脉动速度和湍动度在径向上呈现抛物线分布 ,均方根脉动速度随Re呈线形变化 ,而湍动度随雷诺数呈抛物线变化。均方根脉动速度在管式反应器中的分布为u′r2 =kRe +R(r2 ,Rer) =k(DUρ/ μ) +R(r2 ,Rer) ,Re >2 0 0 0。
Instantaneous velocity of fluid point was measured with LDA(Laser Doppler Anemometer) in a pipe reactor for phosphate ammonium production. The series of arrivetime velocity on transverse section were used to characterize,the distribution of average fluctuation velocity and turbulent intensity. The experiments show that both the fluctuation velocity and intensity are in parabolical disthibution.The average fluctuation velocity linearly depends on Renoyld number, while the turbulent intensity is a parabolic function of Renoyld number.The distribution function of average fluctuation velocity in the pipe reactor can be enpressed as: u′ r 2 =kRe+R(r 2,Re r)=k(DUρ/μ)+R(r 2,Re r),Re>2000.
