摘要
在 14 0℃、氮气保护、二甲亚砜作溶剂的条件下 ,以没食子酸、苄基氯和碳酸钾为原材料 ,对三苄基没食子酸苄酯的合成反应进行了研究 ,经实验确定最佳反应条件为 :没食子酸、苄基氯与碳酸钾比例 1∶5 .0 4∶6 .7(重量比 ) ,苄基氯滴加速度 30ml/h ,反应时间 7h ,清洗液甲醇 -水比例 4∶1(体积比 ) ,产品产率达 71.5 %。
Using gallic acid,benzyl chloride and anhydrous potassium carbonate , the benzyl tris benzylgallate was synthesized in methyl sulfoxide at 140?℃, and with the protection of nitrogen atmosphere. The optimum conditions of the reaction were as follows: proportion of gallic acid,benzyl chloride to potassium carbonate was 1∶ 5.04∶ 6.7(in weight); the dropping rate of benzyl chloride was 30?ml/h and the reaction time was 7?h; the ratio of methanol(ml) to water was 4∶ 1 and the yield of the product was to 71.5%.
