摘要
针对电力系统的长期规划问题 ,提出了基于启发式算法和Bender’s分解技术的目标年无功优化规划算法 ,并分别考虑了单负荷水平和多负荷水平两种情况。该算法把无功优化问题分解为投资和运行两个子问题 ,解决了线性化运行子问题求解时可能出现的不可行情况。计算结果表明 ,该算法是合理。
The paper presents the functions of a long term optimal Reactive Power Planning (RPP) for power systems. Based on the heuristic method and the Bender's Decomposition Technique, a new algorithm is developed for the goal year planning considering conditions of mono load and multi load levels. The RPP problem divided into investment and operation subproblems,this algorithm can solve the insoluble problem arising probably when operation subproblem is solved.The effectiveness of the proposed RPP is proved by examples in practical power planning. The results are fairly satisfactory.
