摘要
本文根据1990年世界市场新船造价和其它已经变化了的条件,对船舶在港停泊艘天费用进行了修改,并分析各有关因素对其变化的影响程度。提出1990年的各类船舶各种吨级的船舶航行艘天费用和在港停泊艘天费用及其估算公式。
Based on the new shipbuilding cost on the international market in 1990, and taking various conditions into consideration, this paper makes revision on the old ship's lay-by cost in harbour for one ship-day, and then, estimation formulas are provided for, calculating the sailing cost and lay-by cost in harbour in one ship-day for various classification of ships, with various tonnages.
