化疗对胃癌患者血浆内皮素水平的影响及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察胃癌患者化疗前后血浆内皮素 1(endothelin 1,ET 1)水平的变化。方法 :采用放射免疫法检测 5 2例胃癌患者化疗前后血浆ET 1水平 ,并与 2 5例正常人作对比分析。结果 :胃癌患者血浆ET 1水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,并与临床分期有关 ,但与病理类型无关 ;Ⅳ期血浆ET 1水平明显高于Ⅲ期Ⅱ期 (P <0 0 1) ,Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期 (P <0 0 5 ) ,化疗后有效者 (完全缓解 +部分缓解 )血浆ET 1水平较化疗前明显下降 (P<0 0 1)。结论 :血浆ET 1水平可作为判断胃癌的化疗效果及预后的良好指标。 Purpose:To investigate the changes in plasmaendothelin-1(ET-1) level in gastric carcinoma patients before and after chemotherapy and its significance.Methods:Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the level of plasma ET-1 in 25 cases of normal controls and 52 cases of patients with gastric carcinoma before and after chemotherapy. Results:levels of plasma ET-1 were elevated in all subgroups of patients with gastric cancer compared to thecontrols (P<0.01), it was suggested that the plasma ET-1 level was related to clinical stage,but not with histologic grade, the plasma ET-1 level in stage Ⅳ was higher in comparison to stage Ⅲ and Ⅱ(P<0.01), and in stage Ⅲ it was higher than in stage Ⅱ (P<0.05), and that the plasma levels of ET-1 were remarkably reduced in complete remission or partial remission patients(P<0.01). Conclusions:It is suggested that monitoring plasma ET-1 levels can serve as a good marker to assess the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in gastric carcinoma patients.
