摘要
新制度经济学从交易费用概念出发 ,运用成本———收益的对比分析方法 ,找到了企业的起源 ;而马克思主义经济学则遵循生产关系和生产力的线索分析了企业产生的原因。两者以此为基点展开了对企业制度演进的考察 。
New institutional economics finds out the enterprise origin with using the exchange value and the cost-revenue tool ,but Marxist economics analyses the enterprise origin along the line of material relations,they both analyse the problem of enterprise institutional change base on the origin of enterprise.So they both improve the enterprise theory.
