摘要
该文论述了医疗职务保险在美国的发展及现状 ,中国香港医疗职务保险制度 ,提出了我国医疗职务保险制度建立的设想 ,包括医疗职务保险的概念 ,建立医疗职务保险制度的意义 ,医疗职务保险的性质等。
This paper identify the development and current situation of insurance of medical post in the U.S.A and Hong Kong. It has proposed the designing of establishing medical post insurance system in China, it include their concept,the significance of the insurance system, and the characteristic of insurance of medical post.
