摘要
目的 :研究双黄连粉针剂抗实验性心律失常作用。方法 :舌下iv氯化钡和氯化钙造成大鼠心律失常模型。结果 :双黄连 60、3 0mg/kg舌下iv治疗性给药可使 85 7%、71 4%氯化钡心律失常的大鼠转为窦性心律 ;双黄连 60mg/kg可减少氯化钙致室颤的大鼠死亡率并可使 80 %大鼠室颤后恢复窦性心律 ,且可耐受较大剂量氯化钙的快速注射。结论 :双黄连粉针剂对氯化钡和氯化钙致大鼠实验性心律失常有良好的对抗作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Shunghuanglian(SHL) Injection on experimental arrhythmias in rats. Method: The arrhythmias animal models were induced by barium chloride (BaCl 2) and calcium chloride (CaCl 2). Results: SHL (30、60mg/kg iv) could decrease the incidence of arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 and could make 85.7% and 71.4% rats change into sinus rhythm. SHL (60mg/kg iv) markedly reduced the mortality of rats vetricular fibillution induced by CaCl 2 and could make 80% arrhythmia rats restore sinus rhythm. It also dramatically increase the dose of CaCl 2. Conclusions: The results suggested that SHL exerted significant antiarrhythmic actions in rats.
