摘要
目的：观察胡桃青皮的抗炎及镇痛作用。方法：采用醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型及巴豆油引起小鼠耳壳炎症、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀模型，观察胡桃青皮的抗炎作用；用热板法及化学刺激法观察该药的镇痛作用。结果：胡桃青皮对巴豆油所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀、大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀、醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有明显的抑制作用；对热传导及化学刺激引起的拟痛反应有明显镇痛作用。
Objective:To investigate the anti inflammatory and analgesic effect of Hu Tao Qing Pi (green peel of Juglans regia L.HTQP).Methods:To observe the anti inflammatory effect of HTQP, we adopted the mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increase model induced by HAC, the mouse ear inflammation model induced by croton oil and the edema model of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan; To investigate the analgesic effect of HTQP,we observed mice's reaction to the pain simulated by heat conduction and chemical stimulus.Results:HTQP suppressed the swelling of mouse ear induced by croton oil, the edema of rat hind paw induced by carrageenan and the increase of peritoneal capillary permeability induced by HAC in mice. HTQP could relieve the pain simulated by heat conduction and chemical stimulus.Conclusion:HTQP has strong anti inflammation and analgesia effects.
