摘要
目的：观察精制吴茱萸胶囊对于偏头痛小鼠的作用。方法：小鼠ｓｃ利血平１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ１４ｄ，并脑室注射鼠凝血块２μｌ／只造模，ｉｇ给药３ｄ，热板法测痛阈值，并取血及脑测５ＨＴ、５ＨＴＡＡ、Ｈｉｓｔａｍｉｎｅ等。结果：精制吴茱萸胶囊能延长凝血时间，调节５ＨＴ的过度降低，提高痛阈，抑制脑内炎性刺激物的升高。结论：精制吴茱萸胶囊能治疗利血平化伴局部脑血管痉挛所致小鼠偏头痛。
Aim:Study of the effect of refined Wuzhuyu Capsule on the migraine's mice.Methods:Injection of reserpine (10mg/kg sc) to the mice for 14 days first,and injection of the mouse's blood clotting (2μl/mouse) to the ventricular at day 14.And then giving the capsule (ig) for 3 days.Testing the pain threshold (hot plate),and 5 HT,5 HIAA,histamine in the brain and the blood.Results:The capsule can treat the pathologic mice effectively:prolonging the clotting time,regulating the concentration of 5 HT,increasing the pain threshold,decreasing the inflammatory stimulating materials in the brain.Conclusion:The capsule can treat the migraine's mice by lower 5 HT and the spasm of local cerebral blood vessels.
