摘要
用Straub离体心脏灌流法对乌头碱(Ac)抑制蟾蜍心脏作用的量反应和时反应量-效关系进行了分析。发现Ac随浓度的升高(0.1~1000μmol/L),抑制心脏收缩的抑制率增大,潜伏期缩短,达峰时间在低浓度(≤3μmol/L)延长而高浓度(>3μmol/L)缩短,平均抑制速率加快和半平衡时间缩短,表明Ac抑制心脏作用不仅存在着量反应量-效关系,也存在着时反应量-效关系。
The graded and timed dose-response relationship (GDRR and TDRR) of inhibitory action of aconitine (Ac) on toad heart contraction in vitro was studied by Straub method. It was found that the higher dosage of Ac, the larger the depressive action (F' test, P<0.01).With the increasing of Ac concentration,the latency,the time-to-peak,the average inhibiting rate and the half equilibrium time were all significantly dose-dependent (F'test, P<0.01).The results indicate that not only the GDRR but also the TDRR exists in the inhibitory action of Ac on toad heart contraction in vitro.
