摘要
四金化石胶囊１．１ｇ／ｋｇｉｇ可使实验性胆红素结石豚鼠血清的Ｔ－ｃｈ、ＴＧ明显降低，而ＨＤＬ－ｃｈ、ａｐｏ－Ａ１升高。肝组织超微结构观察表明该方能修复损伤的肝组织，并恢复其功能。３．２ｇ／ｋｇ的四金化石胶囊作用不明显。
Using big and small dose of Sijin Huashi (SJHS) capsule treated fourteen guinea-pigs with pigmental stone,and comparing their blood lipid level with model and normal group. The results indicated that serum total-cholesterol(T-ch) and triglyceride(TG) concentration about model and big dose group were higher, but serum high-density-lipoproteins-cholesterol(HDL-ch) and apoprotein-A 1 (apo-A 1) concentration were lower. However,serum T-ch and TG content about small dose group were as low as normal group (P>0.05), and HDL-ch, apo-A 1 content were higher. Consulting the liver′s microstructure,we thought the effect of SJHS capsule in reducing blood lipid was referred to dose,and it′s mechanism was that repairing the damaged tissues of liver and regulating supersession of blood lipid.
