摘要
用血液流变学方法对５种动物类活血化瘀药的作用进行了比较观察，结果表明，土鳖虫对血液流变性各参数的改善作用最强，可降低各切速下全血粘度，降低体外血栓的长度、湿重、干重，缩短血栓弹力图、最大凝固时间，减少血小板聚集数，改善血小板聚集性，降低血小板粘附性，改善红细胞变形能力，增快红细胞电泳速度，改善红细胞聚集性，并可降低血浆中纤维蛋白原含量，其作用的有效项次占５９．１％。水蛭作用强度次之，表现出较强的抗血小板聚集和降低血小板表面活性作用，还可改善红细胞电泳率，降低低切速下全血粘度，减少体外血栓重量，降低血栓弹力图弹力度和最大幅度有效项次占５０％。再次为虻虫，可降低红细胞压积改善红细胞聚集性，亦可降低血栓弹力图最大幅度、弹力度、最大凝固时间，还可改善红细胞变形能力，降低血小板粘附性，血浆纤维蛋白原，改善红细胞电泳率，其有效项次占４５．４５％。五灵脂可降低红细胞聚集性，改善其变形能力，降低高切速下全血粘度。其有效项次占２２．７％。穿山甲之作用最弱，可改善红细胞变形能力，降低红细胞聚集性，降低血小板粘附率和高切速下血栓粘度，其有效项次占１８．２％。
In according with the range of PBCRS traditional Chinese medicine work out by Professional Committee of PBCRS, Chinese Association on the Integration of Traditional and Westem Modem Medicine, 34 types was in it.Among this range,animal category has five types, there were Squama Manitis、Faeces Trogopterori、 Hrrudo、 Tabanus、Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga. In order to approach the effect mechanism of animal category PBCRS traditional Chinese medicine, we comparison observed the effect of it with item of modern hemorrheologic.The result showed that there was different effect between five type of animal category PBCTRS traditional Chinese medicine:Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga may remarkably improve the three indexes of red cells hemorheology,and decrease the blood viscosity and fibrinogen, inhibited the platelet aggregation and adhesion,improved the thrombelastrogram,the effective item time made up 59.1%.The second-class was Hrrudo, it can inhibited the platelet aggregation and adhesi on, improved the thrombelastrogram and external thrombosis,the effective item time was 50%. The third-class was Tabanus,it effective item time was 45.4%,and the fourth was Faeces Trogopterori,the fifth was Squama Manitis. Therefore the action way of animal category PBCRS traditional Chinese medicine were quite different.
