摘要
青藤碱片灌胃，能显著抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎，抑制角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀和琼脂肉芽肿的形成，对５ＨＴ引起的血管通透性增加具有明显的拮抗作用，并能明显抑制醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应。
Sinomenine Tablets ig markedly inhibited the arthritis in rats induced by Freund's adjuvant, the edema of hind paw in rats induced by carrageenin and the proliferation of granuloma induced by agar. It also counteracted the increase of blood capillaries permeability induced by 5 HT and showed obvious analgesic action.
