摘要
在结扎大鼠冠状动脉30min后再通60min造成心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型观察了茶多酚(TP)对实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果TP可显著降低心脏再灌注大鼠心律失常的发生率、心律失常严重指数(ASI)、心肌组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量及血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的水平;明显改善再灌注后大鼠动脉血压的下降、心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及ATPase的降低。结果提示:TP对实验性心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
In order to observe the influence of Tea Polyphenols(TP) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats,the experimental model was established by ligaturing coronary artery for 30 minutes followed by reperfusing for 60 minutes in rats.TP significantly decreased level of malonaldehyde and obviously improved activity of superoxide dismutase and ATPase in myocardium, decreased lactate dehydrogenase level in serum, decreased reperfusion arrhythmias and arrhythmias sererity index(AST), and increased mean artery pressure (MAP).The results suggested that TP might have a protective effect on the damage of myocardia lischemia reperfusion in rats.
