摘要
用天麻钩藤饮治疗６６例原发性高血压患者，观察治疗前后血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）水平，并与２９例正常人进行对照。结果表明患者组治疗前ＥＴ水平高于正常人（ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＧＲＰ水平低于正常人（ｐ＜０．０１），治疗后均显著改善（ｐ均＜０．０１），说明本方能够调整高血压患者的ＥＴ、ＣＧＲＰ代谢失衡状态，从而使血管舒张、紧张度下降，达治疗目的。
66 patients with spontaneous high blood pressure disease were treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction.The levels of Endothelin(ET) and Calcitonin Gene Related Peptide (CGRP) in plasma were observed before and after treatment, and controled with 29 healthy persons.The results showed the level of ET was very higher in patients than that in healthy persons (p<0.01) and the level of CGRP was very lower(p<0.01) before treament.The changes of ET and CGRP were very signifficant before and after treatment (p<0.01).Tianma Gouteng Decoction had the effects of regulating the unbalance state of ET and CGRP in patients with sponstaneous high blood pressure disease.It is the important mechanism for Tianma Gouteng Decoction to treat sponstaneous high blood pressure disease.
