摘要
来复汤４×１０２ｇ／ｍｌ能明显增加大鼠离体右心房肌和左室乳头肌的收缩性，能显著降低和延长心房肌和乳头肌的自律性及不应期，这些作用可能是来复汤抗心律失常的重要药理机制之一。
Laifutang Decoction is a prescription used to rescue the urgent cases of collapse by Mr.Zhang Xichum,a famous TCM physician of our century.Our previous study showed that it antagonizes significantly experimental arrhythmias of animal.In order to study the antiarrhythmic mechanism of Laifutang Decoction,its effect upon the physiologic properties of myocardium was studied on isolated rat right atria muscle and rat left ventricular papillary muscle.Result showed that the concentration of Laifutang decoction at 4×10 2 g/ml in perfusate can markedly increase contractility of atriamuscle and papillary muscle;it prolonged the functional refactory period and sigmificantly decreased the automaticity of the isolated rat papillary muscles and right atria muscle.These results suggest that antiarrhythmic effect of Laifutang is mainly related to its actions of decreasing the automaticity and prolonging the functional refractory period.
