摘要
提出了基于Internet的项目信息系统 (PIS) ,其实质是利用Internet技术为项目参与各方营造一个信息沟通与协调合作的共享环境 .在对大型工程建设传统信息沟通方式存在弊端进行深入分析的基础上 ,系统阐述了PIS的概念、技术框架。
Due to the long construction period,numerous involved participants,complicated techniques and geographical disperse,large-scale construction projects are generally faced with many information communication barriers.The ineffectiveness of information communication not only directly causes a lot of unnecessary cost,but also affects schedule and quality of construction projects indirectly.The paper puts forward the concept of Internet-based Project Information System(PIS) which is essential to create an information communication and collaboration environment for all the involved participants using information technology and communication technology.The paper focuses on four aspects as follows:analyzing the malpractice of traditional information communication pattern;raising the concept of Internet-based PIS and its technical framework;analyzing data security management of PIS,putting forward to suggested procedures of using Internet-based PIS in Chinese construction industry.
