摘要
提出了网运分离条件下旅客列车运行线管理的含义 .并在此基础上 ,就路网公司在列车运行线编制与调整、客运公司对运行线要求与选择等方面所涉及到的问题 ,分路网公司和客运公司两个层面进行分析与论证 .最后 ,给出了网运分离条件下客座利用率、途中停站数。
The proposed model of our country's railway management system reform is 'Separation of infrastructure from operation'.After the 'Separation',inevitable changes will occur on the passenger train path management.The definition of the new management is advanced at first.Based on it,the article is written to solve such problems as:how the railtrack company should arrange and adjust the train path,what kinds of train paths may be requested or selected by the passenger company,etc.These problems are analyzed in the paper,and then expounded and proved from two aspects and levels.Finally,several indices that should be noticed under the 'Separation' condition are given in conclusion.
